Personality~ Aladdin is, and almost always was, a rather optomistic boy. Being raised as a very poor person, he is also very generous and kind. He doesn't take things for granted at all. Ever. Everything is something to Aladdin, and something important at that.
Since he doesn't take things for granted, its only fair that one of his pet peeves is people that do take things for granted. He absolutely hates snobby, rich people that cannot think of anyone but themselves. Another pet peeve of his is anybody who isn't fair. Or people that can't keep a promise. Aladdin is the kind of guy that will sacrifice a lot to keep a promise that he makes.
Promises are important to Aladdin, but the truth? Not as easy. He believes its important, but has a horrible habit of lying to people. A little lie won't hurt, right? Usually they do, but Aladdin hasn't learned that yet.
Aladdin has a bad habit of being dishonest. He likes to make himself something he's by to impress people.
History ~ Aladdin was born to a young woman and a thief. For the thief, it was just a fling. He left, even before she said she was pregnant. She died soon after, when Aladdin was only six years old. When his mother died, an unexplaniable thing happened. A monkey started to follow Aladdin around. But Aladdin liked the monkey, so he didn't mind. He named his monkey Abu.
Though he was only six, Aladdin was a smart, observant child. In order to feed himself and Abu, he stole from food stands in his local market. Some people even gave him food out of pure pity.
As Aladdin grew, it became harder to get food and a place to stay. He just didn't know what to do with himself. He knew what he wanted to do – Marry a rich woman and live in luxury. The likelihood of that happening just seemed so slim, he didn't tease himself with the thought.
Out of nowhere, a man said he would pay Aladdin and promised the boy a job if he would move to a small town called Diznae. Who would've given up that offer?
Of course, when Al got there, he figured out the job was at McDonalds, meaning that his money wouldn't last him too long.
But he couldn't leave. Every time Al would try, something would happen preventing him from leaving. So he's stuck. He has a club called “Diznae Escape Route” that are all people in Diznae trying to leave.
