[/img]. For videos, copy the youtube link, and put it inside .I remember when I knew nothing about codes. It was always really hard to make a character or post when everyone else looked so much more professional then me. I felt dumb, and I hated it. So, I'm going to save you from this misfortune by teaching you how to do things! But, just the basics.
I'll start with the typing things differently. Bold, Italics, Underlining, andStrike-through. These are fairly simple. You just use brackets and the first letter of the effect. [ ] = Brackets, in case you didn't know. Then, before the last letter you must forward slash it. For instance, using italics would be like this - [*i]Word you want italicized here[*/i] - minus the astericks. For bold, switch the i with a b, strike-through, i for an s, and underlining, i for a u. For colours and sizes, its a bit different. [*size=2][*/size] You must change the number to change the size, or it won't do anything. 2 is default, or the size it starts with. [*color=black][*/color] For colours, you can use one of the color names (recognizable ones inclue black, white, maroon, teal, silver, purple, pink, olive, red, blue, navy, lime, limegreen, gray, fuschia, brown, aqua, and beige) or a hexinumber colour. The big colour chart thing can be clicked on for a colour automatically.
Next will be where your typing is. Just put the alignment inside brackets, using the same idea of a slash at the end. [*center][*/center], or change center to right or left. Blockquotes are what I usually use, and just change the place where the typing wraps. To do this multiple times, just use multiple blockquotes.
For pictures, put the link (THE URL!! This will not work if you copy the actual image or have it saved!!) inside of the brackets -
Fairly simple, huh? If you want, you can try out the others on your own, but that's what I'll leave you with. Good luck![/blockquote][/blockquote]
