RANI~ TINKERBELL
~ College Student/Swimmer ~ 21~ Emotional ~ Sour Drop Pops ~ Fantasy ~
Personality~
Rani is very emotional. She'll cry very easily at the littlest things for every emotion. If she's sad -- she cries. If she's very happy -- she'll cry. If she's scred -- she cries. It's just her. She always carries around a hankercheif because of this problem. Rani tends to be a bit self-pitying, not thinking about the bad things she's done and punishing herself for it.
Rani is also very determined. If she wants something to happen, she won't let anything stop her. Especially not her condition. Rani can be very loyal, her loyalty sometimes leading her to sacrifice, and she is also very willing to do so. She'll happily give up things to help others, and is very selfless in that sense.
Miss Havendish can also be a bit impatient. She often finds herself finishing other people's sentences or cutting people off. Otherwise, she's fairly giggly and sweet. She may be a bit rash occasionally, but will usually come to her senses.
History ~
Rani was born to a poor family in a poverty-stricken little town. There was a lot of money within the boundaries, but it was owned by only a few of the citizens. Rani's mother had been a bit iffy at having a child, especially since her husband had been recently laid off, but couldn't really afford to do anything else as late as she was in the pregnancy. When Rani was born, she was astoundingly healthy.
As the years pass, Rani continues to astound her family by her will and good health. She had never been sick -- other than minour things, like the sniffles or a little cough-- until after her fifteenth birthday. The mayour of their city got very sick. He needed healthy organs desperately. Specifically, a lung. The mayour's lungs were so unhealthy that he couldn't have possibly lived on his any longer. Rani noticed this and made a deal with the powerful man -- his help for the poor if she gave him one of her own lungs, which was very strong.
The procedure was horrible. Rani kept it a secret from her parents, hoping to surprise them with a good amount of cash. The doctors told her multiple times that the surgery was extremely dangerous and that she might not make it through. With her healthy body, she made it out okay.
Rani's lung helped the mayour live. He gave each poverished family money every year to get by, and Rani was ecstatic. There was only one drawback. She wasn't allowed to swim. Swimming was Rani's favourite thing to do, so when she figured out she wasn't allowed to she was very saddened.
When Rani was 19, she started to college degree to learn about marine life. Her best friend Clara, who had gone to school in the city next to hers, had a friend that was opening up an aquarium, so Rani moved to Diznae in hopes of helping out there and finishing her college degree at a local college.
