Personality~ Kovu is very arrogant and aggressive, but like any other teenage boy, he does enjoy a good burst of adrenaline every now and then. Kovu is very brave, and is actually quite the sweetheart once you get to know him, but he's rather cocky as well and can be selfish.

Kovu also surprisingly has a talent for singing, and with his good looks, he can be quite the charmer as well. Kovu is also very athletic, and he loves to run, so hes on the track team. He doesn't dare sing though, afraid of his mother. He always tries to be the son he wants, but he wants to be who he is. Kovu is quite strong for a boy his age, and hes not afraid to 'show' off. Kovu does love to play games with his friends. Kovu can also get kinda afraid easily, if he doesn't know what to do, so he tries to avoid those situations.
History ~ Kovu never really liked his family. His father died when he was just a boy. His brother is a retard, his sister is stuck up and his mother is just scary. He get's along better with Samuel, one of his relatives. Kovu does try to meet his mother's expectations, but she wants him to be just like his father, who he hates with all his guts. His father was a criminal, a king of the mobs as people would call him, and Kovu was the prince. That's one of the biggest secrets he keeps from his friends. He couldn't bear to see their faces if they ever found out. Kovu will mostly do what his mother wants him to do because lets admit, she can be terrifying at times, and Kovu hates to be afraid. So he does what hes told.

Kovu's older brother, Nuka and his older sister, Vitani, are two of the most horrible siblings ever. Nuka always tries to leave him stranded somewhere. Vitani just doesn't give a crap about him at all. Nuka yearns to be the favorite child, given he is the oldest. Vitani is probably one of the favorite children, but everyone knows its Kovu. And he hates it. Kovu keeps a secret from his own family, he's friends with his other family members that his mother hates with all her soul, and made him promise to never even consider them as friends. He did promise, but he lied of course.

Kovu tries hard in his studies, but only because he needs good grades for track, and for college. He wants to leave his home so bad, no he wants to leave this town so bad and do what he wants. Kovu is one of the popular kids at school, but he doesn't like bullies. Like I said before, he may be arrogant and aggressive, but hes also a giant teddy bear that girls love to hang out. Did I mention hes a bad boy too? Yes he is quite the ladiesman, but he does respect them. He's probably had more girlfriends then well... who knows?
