Personality~ To most, Cori appears as a hot-tempered chick with very few friends. That's true, but there's more to her than that. She gets easily irritated on a bad day, but is normally pleasant on a good one. She doesn't have many friends because she doesn't care that much about stuff normal teen/young adult girls love (like make-up, cute boys, designer clothes, new shoes, etc.). She loved her grandmother a lot, but she died when Cori was 16. For the friends she does have, she is very loyal and trusting, especially with her best friends. She's very passionate about recipes for great foods, especially foreign ones. She likes riding on her motorcycle along the beach, and watching the waves of the ocean. She adores cooking, and trying out new recipes. She doesn't like rotten eggs, bad food, bullies, rude people, guys who think they're all that, and empty gas tanks. Cold days and snow don't do much for her either.
History ~ Cori was born in Paris, France, where her family was visiting her grandmother. Soon after she was born, her family went back to her home in Colorado. Cori grew up there, but moved to the island as soon as she finished high school.
Cori really loved her grandmother, and while she was growing up she spent every summer in Paris with her. She definitely favored her grandma over everyone else she knew, feeling that her grandma knew her better than anyone else. Her grandmother used to collect recipes, and was trying to find the best ones in the world and open up a shop. Sharing her love for cooking, Cori researched recipes during school and brought them to her grandma over the summer. When she was 16, her grandmother died of a heart attack. Cori spent the last summers of her high school life in Paris, but it just wasn't the same. Hoping to start her own restaurant with her grandma's recipes that she would be proud of, Cori moved to the island.
