[Natalie "Nala" Lions]

This end of Diznae was such a fun part of town! Nala was surprised she had never been in this area of town before. Racing through the park, Natalie Lions was feeling full of energy today. She had left her house just a few hours ago and had wandered downtown. They had just moved to this side of town a few days before, but her mother was just as busy at work as ever. And, since her mother had stuck to her usual habits, Natalie decided it best if she stick to hers, too. Exploring.

And so she had managed to find her way here, to the park, and had been her ever since. There were so many trails, trees, insects, people... it was really quite exciting. Natalie could easily see herself spending her entire day here. She assumed she'd be down in this park a lot. She slowed her run to a walk as she came down to a rather pretty pond now. Hunched over, the young girl began to catch her breath.

She had never been one for sitting still for long. In fact, Natalie was quite the athletic one. Though she wasn't in any sports team, she was certain that she could play or do just about any team. Especially when it came to running. A sly grin came on her face at the thought. She was faster than most anyone. And so, once again, the girl took off running.

She sprinted across the open area by the pond, making it across it rather quickly. She didn't quit running there, however. She kept going. She could hear a dog barking a little ways behind her and turned her head back to see what it was doing. In the short time that she was looking away, however, Nala hit a woman full speed. Tripping over her, the girl landed face first on the ground in a rather rough fashion. "Ugh-" She grunted, rolling over on her back. Propping herself upright, the girl searched for the cause of her fall, her eyes laying sight on another person. "Dude," Natalie blinked, shaking her head slightly. "You okay?"

Today was the day off. Nothing to do. Although, she would love to go out and take some pictures of nature. Maybe send some to her father. The trees are blooming very nice. Seeing all the flowers blooming, is a perfect timing to go out. The girl always takes her lucky camera. Its small and lavender. Great for long distance too.

The girl sat down on the bench and started taking pictures of the pond. Navy blue with some green in it popped out more then anything. A couple pictures might do the trick. As she took pictures she moved to the right. Eventually getting off the bench.

As she did so she took some pictures of the trees. And some flowers with insects around them. Butterflies, dragonflies, ladybugs, bees and other bugs were flying everywhere. Hummingbirds, cardinals, and some bluejays were flying everywhere. So Jazmine had to take the pictures of the birds of course.

While she was taking pictures something that was going fast tripped over her. It was like a jerk pulling her back. They both fell flat on the ground on their backs. Thankfully, the camera was saved. All she could think about how relieved she was that it is safe.

Jazz turned her head to see who tripped over her. It was a girl who looked younger then her. She must've been having fun before she tripped. She wasn't angry it was an accident. It happens. As she tried getting up, she realized he has a bruise on her arm. Although, Jazz just ignored the thing. No big deal at all. Her elbows popped her up, just as the other girl did. And saw the girl spoke the words, "You okay?" Those were the only words she had manage to hear.

After the girl spoke, Jaz nodded. "Yes I am." She looked at the other girl and continued to converse. "Are you okay?"

Nala pressed her lips together lightly, pursing them as she glanced herself over. She had another large bruise or two to add to her collection, but neither looked significant. She was bleeding, she wasn't too scraped up, and she really wasn't that sore. It could have been much, much worse.

So, her gaze shifted in the direction of the woman she has crashed into. She was just recovering herself. Thankfully, she didn't seem hurt nor mad. In fact, she seemed pleasantly calm. Nala was rather intrigued by this. Normally, when she decided (either intentionally or unintentionally) to drag someone into her adventures, at least one person ended up angry. People could just be so temperamental.

"Never been better!" Nala chirped, in response to the woman's question. She now scrambled up, quickly holding out a hand to help the other woman up. That was thing about Natalie, she was easy to bounce back from most falls. It happened so often, it was practically second nature anymore.

She smiled at the woman, hoping to look somewhat apologetic. "But, seriously, I'm sorry. I should pay more attention when I'm running." As much as that statement was true, however, Nala knew it would never happen. She just got so distracted, air-headed really, when she started to run. It was like the entire world just faded away.

Jazmine sighed. She didn't mean to be in the way. Its her first time coming to this park and she didn't know what to do. The girl anwsered her question. "Never been better!" Jaz smiled at her remark. Thats good that she is all fine. Except, she didn't think so with all the scratches and bruises all over the girl. Like the scratches were bleeding. She didn't know what to do. Ignore it? Thats not the smartest thing to do. But if she has to, then she has to.

The blonde hair girl spoke again,"But, seriously, I'm sorry. I should pay more attention when I'm running." Jaz shooked her head. Its not big deal. None at all. Although, she couldn't stop looking at those ugly bruises. All from her. Just one little trip. A serious look came upon her face.

"Don't worry seriously. But those big bruises and the scratches look bad." All she could do was look at the ground and feel guilty for what she has done for the poor girl.

At the woman's words, Nala's eyes gaze down her arms. They looked a little rough, yes, but most of the bruises and scrapes weren't from this fall. Nala had a talent for finding trouble and the scrapes just came from that. It was life. She would heal eventually. Or, she hoped. Her mother often taunted her saying that she would be permanently scared one of these times.

"Nah, I'm all good. This happens a lot, actually." She shrugged, a sheepish but somewhat proud grin on her lips. Each of her scrapes had a story -an adventure- behind it. Why shouldn't she be proud? They were like little reminders of all the awesome thing that she had done, the awesome adventures that she had had. It was her life story. Or, the story of this summer.

Brushing herself off, she waited until the woman was fully intact before shrugging once more. The woman seemed pretty laid back and cool. Nala hadn't met many people on this side of town, yet, so she might as well introduce herself. "I'm Nala, by the way!" She never really used the name Natalie, only Nala.
