Personality~ Peter, to put it as simple as possible, is like a child. He loves to goof around, and is pretty friendly. He, like both a child and a teenager, hates the idea of authority and the idea that parents control their kids. Peter is a little jokester, a prankster, and he isn't afraid to boast about it. He's very likeable, and has never really had any issues with having a female fanbase. However, while it may appear so, he doesn't like to open up to people. He actually can be very serious, but he just would rather ignore all the stresses and worries rather than just worry, worry, worry. He doesn't think very well of adults, and he is often sent to the principal's office in school because of his disrespect of adults, which also got him the reputation of a 'bad boy' a little bit. All he cares about is living in the moment, and doing whatever he wants to do. Peter loves his outlook on life, and doesn't like to dwell on sad things, though, so...thats how he works.
History ~ Peter hasn't had the greatest life, really. When he was younger, his father was a disrespectful, abusive man that hit both Peter and his mother. This is probably where his idea of adults came from. However, his mother was a kind, gentle woman who believed people could change. Alas, Peter didn't get much time with his mother. When he was 7, his father took the abuse too far and murdered Peter's mother, having beat her to death. Then, his father went to jail and Peter was sent to an orphanage. He refused to be adopted, to go with anyone, and now he happens to live with a friend who is 19 and has his own place already, and when he was younger, he was considered emancipated and even then Peter lived with him. Peter is put through school by his friend and also the factor that Peter does cheap work whenever he can to get money, to help him and his friend scrape by. No one at school knows what his life is like, except for the 19 year old, and Peter likes to keep it that way. Another detail is that though Peter has had his first kiss and has gotten close to losing his virginity, he has never had a girlfriend - he has adamantly refused to let anyone that close to him..
