Contests Information

[Fantasy]

Contests will likely start at the beginning of August. Winners will be announced the first of each month, depending on how it was decided in the poll for each one. You can vote for one each time for each of your accounts. Please don't vote for yourself unless you have a good reason. Here's a quick, brief rundown of each competition and how you will get the rewards for it.

GIRL OF THE MONTH/ BOY OF THE MONTH ~

Every character that isaccepted will be nominated for one of these, depending on whether they are a boy or a girl. Boys will get one of the blue prizes and girls will get one of the pink prizes. One person will win every month for each of them.

COUPLE OF THE MONTH~

This contest will be won by a couple, so two people will recieve the prize. Every couple that has a mini-plot will be in the runnings for this contest. If it's a triangle, crush, square, or other type of romance, then the characters can also be nominated. If a square, triangle, etc. wins, then every member gets the prize. The prize is red.

THREAD OF THE MONTH~~

This one is a little different. Only threads that are nominated may be voted for. Anyone can nominate any thread that is finished. This is one of the reasons I don't think the contests will start until August, because we have none finished as of the moment. Everyone that participated in the thread will receive the award. The award for this one is green.

WORD OF THE MONTH~~

This is the one where I expect the most confusion. Every month, I will randomly pick three words -- an adjective/adverb, a noun, and a verb. Anyone that has any of these words can pm my admin account (Fantasy) with a quote or link to where you used it. If you used it correctly, you get this award. I've never done or seen this one before, so I'm pretty excited. The award for this one is purple.
